7th Grade Learns with Giant National Geographic Map!

Our 7th grade students had the privilege in their Geography classes identifying countries, capitals and major landforms in Africa using a 30ft by 25ft National Geographic map! The map was so big, it was spread across the whole upstairs commons area. It allowed students to grasp a better understanding of Africa's diverse landscape. Students also had a blast getting to take their shoes off and "stepping" into countries they can only imagine visiting. What an awesome learning experience!
