Deer Creek Middle School is proud to offer a variety of high-caliber sports for our students, including: 

Athletic Eligibility Requirements

• To participate in any sport—including tryouts—all students must complete the following steps:

  • Physical Examination: Upload a completed physical form dated May 1, 2026, or later. Physicals dated prior to this cannot be accepted.
  • Online Forms: Complete all required digital forms on the RankOneSport platform.
    • OSSA Physical Form
    • Rank One Forms

Below is the general timeline for athletic tryouts. Specific dates, times, and locations will be added as they are finalized:

• Cheer (Competitive & Sideline): April 2026
• Fall Sports (Late July / Early August): Cross Country, Softball, and Volleyball (Note: Football does not have tryouts.)
• Winter Sports (Late October / Early November): Basketball. (Note: Wrestling does not have tryouts.)
• Spring Sports (February): Soccer, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, and Track.

All Try-Outs are for current Deer Creek Students only and closed to the public to minimize distractions and maximize time.
